TEXAS HILL COUNTRY · FIRST MOB
HIDDEN
GEMS.
The Hill Country GastroMob is letting the Hill Country introduce itself. Tell us about the little diner, taco spot, bakery, burger joint, food truck, barbecue shack, or odd little place somebody took you to once and you have talked about ever since.
FIRST ROUND · NOMINATIONS
WHO DESERVES A MOB?
No particular cuisine. No fancy requirements. Just locally owned places you think more people ought to know about.
Nominate one place per comment in the Hill Country group. If someone already named yours, show that nomination some love instead of adding it again. Once nominations close, locals vote, and the winner becomes the first Texas Hill Country GastroMob destination.

NOMINATE. VOTE. SHOW UP.
When the winner and kickoff are set, this chapter page will carry the event details and the story of that first Mob. Confirmed gatherings appear in the calendar below. We pick the place together, then show up as customers, eat, pay, tip, and meet somebody.
No dues. No fees. No secret handshake.
